Berkadia announced the financing of EZ Storage, a portfolio of self-storage units located in Detroit and Farmington Hills, Michigan. The 10-year permanent, fixed-rate loan features a 30-year amortization schedule.
Managing Director Terry Halverson of the Detroit office secured the $13.5 million loan through a CMBS lender.
