Berkadia recently closed the sale of Windsor Townhomes, a 156-unit townhome-style apartment community in St. Louis.
Michael Sullivan, Ken Aston and Andrea Kendrick of Berkadia’s St. Louis office, along with Alex Blagojevich of Berkadia’s Chicago office, represented St. Louis-based Mills Properties.
San Francisco’s Polaris Real Estate Partners purchased Windsor Townhomes in the June 29 transaction.
Windsor Townhomes is located at 6699 Amora Drive in St. Louis. The property offers a mix of 143 two-bedroom units and 13 three-bedroom units.
