Berkadia closed the sale of The Villages at Bogey Hills Apartments, a 486-unit garden- and townhome-style multifamily property in St. Charles, Missouri.
Senior Director Andrea Kendrick and Managing Director Ken Aston of Berkadia’s St. Louis office completed the sale on behalf of the seller. The buyer was a privately held company based in New York, and the deal closed on January 30.
Located at 2200 Lake Court, The Villages of Bogey Hills Apartments features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with central air and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, a playground, a clubhouse, a volleyball court, a business center, laundry facilities and a dog park.
