Berkadia recently closed the financing and sale of The Links at Parkville Apartments, a multifamily property in Parkville, Missouri.
Senior director Michael Sullivan and director Brett Meinzer of the Kansas City office and managing director Alex Blagojevich of the Chicago team completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Utah-based Peak Capital Partners. Managing director John Schorgl, also of the Kansas City team, originated the financing on behalf of the buyer, Texas-based Urban Southwest Capital, LP through Berkadia’s proprietary bridge lending program.
The Links at Parkville Apartments is located at 11107 NW Lema Drive. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes feature dishwashers, patios or balconies, fireplaces, walk-in closets and select units have private garages. Community amenities include a fitness center, a pool, a volleyball court, a playground and a barbeque area.
