Berkadia announced the sale of Ashton Court, a 41-unit multifamily property, and Ashton Place, a 37-unit, garden-style multifamily property located in Kansas City, Missouri.
The transactions were led by Senior Director Michael Spero, Director Niko Vrentas, and Associate Director Simon Rodewald of Berkadia Kansas City, representing the seller Shawnee Kansas based Landmark Realty. The properties were acquired by Kansas City, Missouri based G1Real Estate.
Located at 8700 Wornall Rd and 414 W 89th St, Ashton Court and Ashton Place offer convenient access to Kansas City’s renowned Waldo Neighborhood. Ashton Court was built in 1960, and Ashton Place in 1961.
Additionally, the team completed the sale of The Marseilles Apartments, a 28-unit, garden-style multifamily property located in Fairway, Kansas. The seller was a private Missouri based partnership. The property was acquired by QMR Partners, LLC, based in Northfield, Illinois.
Built in 1971 and located at 2900 W 53rd St., The Marseilles Apartments offers a mix of studio, one-, and two-bed apartment units, as well as an on-site swimming pool and structured garage parking.
