Berkadia sold a 208-unit multifamily, garden-style property located at 1690 Covington Court in St. Charles, Illinois.
Managing Directors Ralph DePasquale and Alex Blagojevich of Berkadia’s Chicago team completed the sale on behalf of the seller, RADCO Companies. The buyer was an affiliate of Chicago-based Ansonia Properties, LLC.
The deal closed on Sept. 28 and the sale price was not disclosed. Ashford at St. Charles features one- and two-bedroom units with open floor plans, balconies, patios, dishwashers, washers and dryers. The property features a newly-renovated clubhouse with a fitness center and pool. The property’s common areas and about 40 percent of the apartments received substantial upgrades.
Berkadia also completed another sale earlier this year of Ashford at Geneva, a 226-unit apartment building on behalf of RADCO Companies to a separate buyer.
