Berkadia secured financing for Rosehill Pointe, a garden-style multifamily property in Lenexa, Kansas.
Associate director Pat Garlich of Berkadia’s St. Louis office secured the permanent refinancing on behalf of the borrower, Missouri-based Maxus Properties. The deal closed on Dec. 10, 2020.
The 10-year Freddie Mac loan features a fixed interest rate and five-years of interest-only payments.
“Happy to help our client finish out 2020 strong with a quick 49 day close at a historically low rate,” said Garlich.
Located at 12701 W 88th Circle, Rosehill Pointe features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a volleyball court and a playground. Residents are afforded convenient access to Oak Park Community Garden and the shops and restaurants along West 87th Street.
