Berkadia recently sold Highland Pointe, a 133-style multifamily property in Indianapolis. Chris Bruzas and Alex Blagojevich of Berkadia’s Chicago office led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Fishers, Indiana-based Becovic Management Group.
Highland Pointe sold to Champaign, Illinois-based Fairlawn Real Estate on May 8. The property is a garden-style community located near downtown Indianapolis. Built in 1967, the development consists of three buildings. It was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Community amenities include a picnic area, swimming pool, basketball court, laundry facilities, playground, clubhouse and covered parking.
