Berkadia recently closed the sale of Park Place at Fox Hill, a multifamily property in Indianapolis.
Chris Bruzas and Alex Blagojevich of Berkadia’s Chicago office led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Indanapolis-based Barratt Asset Management. Park Place at Fox Hill sold to Champaign, Illinois-based Fairlawn Real Estate on June 26.
The development features 60 units, made up of 15 one-bedroom units and 45 two-bedroom units.
