Berkeley Point Capital recently closed a $15 million refinance loan for the 231-unit 10 Wilmington Place seniors housing complex in Dayton, Ohio.
The 20-year Freddie Mac fixed-rate loan has added flexibility through a yield maintenance structure of seven years. The loan closed on Dec. 30 of last year.
Built in the 1850s, 10 Wilmington Place was added to the National Historic Register in 1979. Today, the 24-acre campus consists of 231 seniors housing units broken out into 22 memory care, 58 assisted living and 151 independent living.
