Eric Keifer has joined Berkeley Point Capital as senior managing director and head of FHA, affordable and seniors housing.
Keifer brings more than 20 years experience in commercial mortgage financing in the multifamily and healthcare arenas. He previously worked as general counsel and senior vice president at Rockport Mortgage Corporation, where he oversaw all HUD-insured multifamily and healthcare closings from loan commitment through securitization.
