Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group recently closed a $1.3 million loan for a freestanding neighborhood retail center in Pontiac, Mich.
The center, 71-91 S. Telegraph, contains about 16,870 square feet of space. MJM Development, LLC is the borrowing entity.
Kevin Kovachevich, of Bernard Financial, originated the loan.
