Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $14.3 million life company loan for two class-A multi-tenant office buildings in Dublin, Ohio. The two buildings total 209,799 square feet.
The borrowers are 495 Metro Place, LLC and 545 Metro Place, LLC.
Dennis Bernard and Joshua Bernard originated the loan.
