Bernard Financial Group has arranged an $18.5 million loan for Aspen Creek, an apartment complex in Chesterfield Township, Mich.
Aspen Creek consists of 46 two- and three-story garden-style buildings on 60 acres.
Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
