Southfield, Mich-based Bernard Financial Group recently closed a $27.3 million loan for the One Kennedy office building in downtown Detroit.
The loan consists of a 10-story multi-tenant office building containing 245,862 square feet. Kennedy Square Office Building, LLC is the borrowing entity. Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich of Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
