Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $4.068 million loan for the GK Retail Portfolio. The loan consists of four retail strip centers, all located in Michigan.
The shopping centers, which have a combined area of 39,409 square feet, are located in Canton, Lansing and Okemos, Mich.
Dave Dismondy with Bernard Financial originated the loan.
