Bernard Financial Group recently arranged a $1.2 million loan for Icon Industrial for a 91,620-square-foot light industrial park in Clinton Township, Mich.
The industrial park includes 10 one-story buildings.
Neil Gorosh of Bernard Financial Grup originated the loan.
