Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $1.25 million loan for Goodman Apartment Portfolio in Michigan.
The portfolio consists of Steven Arms Apartments in Hazel Park, Mich.; Angie Apartments in Farmington Hills, Mich.; and Rubin Apartments in Clinton Township, Mich.
The borrowing entity is Goodman Family, LLC. The loan was originated by Neil Gorosh with Bernard Financial.
