Bernard Financial Group recently closed a $10.1 million non-recourse loan for the South University Galleria in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The property is made up of about 48,000 square feet of retail space in Ann Arbor’s downtown at the center of the University of Michigan’s campus.
Galleria Associates LLC is the borrower.
Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich from Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
