Bernard Financial Group arranged a $12 million loan for the Merrillwood Building, a mixed-use building in Birmingham, Mich.
The property contians 54 multi-family rental units and 42,344 square feet of office/retail space.
Merrillwood Building, LLC is the borrowing entity. Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
