Bernard Financial Group has closed a $2.7 million life company loan for five industrial properties totaling 73,731 square feet in the Detroit area.
Kelly Commerce Center Owner and 2523 Product Court Owner, LLC were the borrowing entities.
Dennis Bernard and Joshua Bernard originated the loan.
