Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $20 million loan for GKN Office/Industrial in Michigan.
The loan consists of 160,000 square feet located in Auburn Hills, Mich. The borrowing entity is NDA Auburn, LLC.
The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich.
