Bernard Financial Group has arranged a loan of $4.25 million for a multifamily portfolio in Detroit.
The loan consists of existing complexes Glen Cove and Parkside Apartments, both in Detroit. The borrowing entity is Parkside I, LLC.
Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
