Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group recently arranged a $4.85 million loan for the Ann Arbor Student Housing Portfolio.
The loan consists of three multi-family properties containing a total of 65 units in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and David Dismondy.
