Bernard Financial Group arranged a $49.5 million credit tenant lease loan for a University of Michigan healthcare facility soon to be built in Northville Township, Mich.
The subject is a proposed 100,000-square-foot medical office building on a 9.98-acre site.
The borrowing entity is REIS – MOB I, LLC. The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich.
