Bernard Financial Group has closed a $7.36 million loan for the Five Pointes Medical office Building in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The property is made up of about 53,000 square feet of medical office space. The borrowing entity is Five Pointes Professional Office Building LLC.
Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich of Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
