Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $7.8 million life company loan for an industrial property in Livonia, Mich.
The property consists of a refrigerated industrial warehouse building containing 383,649 square feet of space. The borrowing entity is Ashley Mastronardi, LLC.
Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
