The renovated building is located on the southeast corner of Woodward Avenue and Grand Circus Park. It features office space on floors 2 through 4, and apartment units on floors 5 through 34 with penthouses on floors 25 through 34.
Bernard Financial Group’s Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
