Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $2 million loan for Bavarian Village Apartments in Clarkston, Mich.
The multi-family property includes 81 units, and the borrowing entity is Village Enterprises, LLC.
Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
