A new Best Buy will soon be moving to the Heritage Plaza Shopping Center in Omaha. Best Buy is relocating an existing location to the retail center managed by Kansas City’s Block & Company, Inc., Realtors.
The new 44,327-square-foot Best Buy will be located at 115 N. 76th St. It will occupy space formerly filled by Toys ‘R Us, and will join Heritage Plaza tenants Buffalo Wild Wings, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Charleston’s Restaurant, Command Center and more.
Best Buy is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2015.
David Block of Block & Company negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the landlord. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors developed Heritage Plaza.
