Bestview International has purchased a 78,000-square-foot industrial building located at 2230-2300 Ridge in Glenview for the relocation of its operations from Itasca.

The building occupies three tenants, and Bestview will move into the middle unit. The company is a manufacturer and importer of high-grade granite, marble, onyx, travertine, slate and other materials. Bestview International is a three time MIA Pinnacle Award winner of natural stone products and recently added Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinetry.

Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, SIOR, senior vice president; and Brad Weiner, vice President of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Millenium LLC, in the transaction and Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates worked on behalf of the buyer.
