Transpacific Development Company has closed a lease with OHL for 450,000 square feet of distribution space at 2450 Stanley Road in Plainfield, Ind.
This transaction, which covers the entire building, means that OHL now leases three buildings from TDC in the Plainfield submarket.
Jeb Atkinson, Jess Andrews, Brian Camp and Doug McDowell of ProVenture represent OHL globally. Steve Schwegman of JLL assisted the company locally in this transaction.
Michael Weishaar and Luke Wessel of DTZ represented the landlord.
DTZ reports that this is the largest new distribution lease in the Indianapolis market so far this year.
