Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that Bill Kerrins, Senior Vice President with the company, represented Midway Window and Door in a new 17,000 square foot lease at 5123 W. 65th Street in Bedford Park, IL. The door and window manufacturer recently expanded into this second Bedford Park location.
Midway Window and Door selected the location for its proximity to the main plant located at 6750 S. Belt Circle Road, Bedford Park. The space has excellent loading and power distribution. Mumford Property, the building’s landlord, was self-represented.
