Bill Rogalla President Origin Capital Partners Chicago
What impact has Bill Rogalla made in the commercial real estate industry? The number $2 billion says it well.
During the last decade, Rogalla, president of Chicago’s Origin Capital Partners, has participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $2 billion worth of institutional-grade assets.
And if that number isn’t enough? How about $850 million. During his 27 years in commercial real estate, Rogalla has developed more than $850 million worth of office, industrial and research facilities throughout the United States.
It’s not surprising, then, that Rogalla has developed a reputation as one of the busiest, and most successful, commercial real estate professionals in the Chicago area. It’s not surprising, either, that his success has had a positive impact on the companies for which he works.
Thanks to his success, Rogalla has earned several honors during his career. He’s been recognized often as the top performer at KBS, and has been invited to speak at regional and national real estate conferences.
“Bill is well-respected in the buy/sell/brokerage community and admired as one of the best acquisition/disposition professionals to do business with,” said one nominator.
“He’s a market mover,” writes another nominator. “He’s also a solid guy and volunteers his time on many fronts.”
The commercial pros honored in this issue all have one thing in common: No matter how successful they are, they still find time to volunteer for the community. Rogalla is no exception. He’s a board member of the DePaul University Real Estate Alumni Association, committee member with the March of Dimes and an active member of both the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
