Binswanger on behalf of Pella Corporation recently sold a 226,000-square-foot manufacturing/distribution building on 12.79 acres in Fairfield, Ohio.
The building sold for $2.7 million.
The buyer, P&R Honeymoon, LLC is a food-service packaging company that plans to use the facility for the manufacture of packaging materials.
Rob Gemerchak, senior vice president in Binswanger’s Sylvania, Ohio, office, and Jim Medbery, senior vice president in the company’s Atlanta office, handled the transaction.
