Birge & Held Asset Management LLC with Pedcor Management Corporation announced the grand re-opening of the Cantibury Pointe Apartments in Lubbock, Texas.
The 144-unit complex is undergoing a $7 million renovation, which will be unveiled to the community in May 2024.
The renovation project has featured a full update of the pool and pool areas for residents of the complex. The campus clubhouse has also seen interior work completed, including the community business center. Additional community amenities include a fitness center, playground, attached garages, and in-unit laundry facilities. Cantibury Pointe is a very pet-friendly and wheelchair-accessible community.
