Birge & Held says that construction has begun on Greenview Apartments, a three-story, 216-unit multifamily community near 5875 Perry Worth Road in Whitestown, Indiana.
Birge & Held, along with Strategic Capital Partners, Star Financial Bank, The National Bank of Indianapolis and Stifel are the partners on this development. With construction slated to be completed in 2023, Greenview Apartments will offer luxury apartment living spaces for residents living northwest of Indianapolis.
The location of Greenview Apartments is near significant retail and dining establishments and runs parallel with Interstate-65 providing convenient access to the broader Indianapolis area.
Greenview Apartments is a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments and includes modern amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool with expansive deck, and a collaborative business center.
