Kyle Fell has joined the Chicago office of BKV Group as interior design director. In this role, Fell will provide guidance to project teams by developing a strong foundation of design mentorship, while providing his network to unearth new opportunities for clients to collaborate with BKV Group within the hospitality and commercial realms.
Previously, Fell worked at Lucien Lagrange Architects on high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality and residential projects. He also worked at Demonica Kemper Architects where he helmed the design of math and science buildings, labs, gyms, natatoriums, fitness centers, eco-buildings, culinary arts schools, welding labs and more. Fell left that firm to go to the Gettys Group, where he specialized in hospitality design—from 6,000-square-foot small boutiques to 2,000,000-square-foot “mega hotels,” nationwide.
Fell also held roles at Simeone Deary Design Group, Skidmore Owings & Merrill and at Ware Malcomb where, as regional senior interior designer, he led design teams in the Midwest region and successfully completed many corporate and commercial projects. Fell is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received a master of architecture from the Washington University (St. Louis) School of Architecture.
