Denver-based Black Creek Group recently purchased a 159,170-square-foot industrial building in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket from Crow Holdings Capital. The transaction, which closed for an undisclosed sum, was brokered by CBRE.
Located at 640 N. Central Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois, the vacant building is actively being marketed for lease. The new, Class A warehouse features 32-foot clear height, 38 exterior docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 145 cars. Zachary Graham, an executive vice president with CBRE’s institutional properties team, facilitated the deal.
