Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Black Creek Group’s two new O’Hare developments. Both projects recently broke ground and are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The facility on Sesame Street in Bensenville, Illinois will be a 116,294-square foot speculative facility with 32-foot clear height, 106 parking spaces, 18 dock positions and two drive-in doors. The speculative facility at Wall and LaSalle Streets in Mt. Prospect, Illinois will be 132,270 square feet with 32-foot clear height, 176 parking spaces, 27 dock positions and two drive-in doors.
Peak joins the O’Hare project team along with Dayton Street Partners as the developer/construction manager. Dayton Street also assembled and secured both sites and put together the development teams: Cornerstone Architects as the architect, Cage Civil Engineering as the civil engineer on the Bensenville facility and SpaceCo Inc. as the civil engineer on the Mt. Prospect facility.
