Black Gate Partners has acquired the Emerson Way Shopping Center in Indianapolis.
Located at 5450-5502 Emerson Way, the 24,691-square-foot shopping center is anchored by tenants Dollar General and Papa Johns. Black Gate’s plans include projections for a new roof, parking lot, facade and landscaping, as well as building out the one 3,000-square-foot end cap vacancy.
This is Black Gate Partners’ second acquisition in Indianapolis during the past two years. The company also oversees Geist Centre at 11625-11715 Fox Road.
