Black Gate Partners sold Southpark Shopping Center, a 216,235-square-foot power center in Lexington, Kentucky, for $25.45 million.
Kevin James of Black Gate Partners served as the primary broker for the sale on behalf of the New York-based institutional seller. The property was sold to a private local investor.
Tenants include Best Buy; Bed, Bath & Beyond; Ulta Beauty; Office Depot; and Value City Furniture.
