Black Gate Partners closed the sale of The Centre at Perimeter, a retail center in Dublin, Ohio. The center sold for $6.4 million to an institutional owner.
Kevin James of Black Gate Partners worked on behalf of a private investor to market and sell the property.
The center is a total of 14,507 square feet, had 100 percent occupancy and includes national tenants such as AT&T, Starbucks and Dewey’s Pizza.
