Black Gate Partners closed the sale of a 0.75-acre ground lease and newly built Rally’s Fast Food Restaurant for $887,500.
Kevin James and Tim Maly of Black Gate Partners worked on behalf of a private owner to market the property to qualified investors. A private investor purchased the ground lease.
The center sits in front of the 231,589-square-foot Morse Centre that includes national tenants such as Rose’s, Dollar Tree, Big Lots and Guitar Center.
