In what’s being referred to as the largest Chicago suburban office deal in more than two years, Blackstone Group has agreed to sell its Riverway office building near O’Hare Airport for $175 million.
Crain’s reports that sources familiar with the agreement said Blackstone sealed a deal to sell the Rosemont office property to Adventus Realty Trust for roughly $201 per-square-foot.
The 869,120-square-foot property includes 9399 W. Higgins Road and 6133 N. River Road, as well as a single-story daycare at 6107 N. River Road, according to HFF documents. The firm is reportedly handling the sale of the property.
