BladeRoom LLC, maker of modular healthcare facilities like operating rooms as well as data center equipment and other similar products, has signed a long-term lease for 30,205 square feet of warehouse space within the Kensington Business Center, 900 E. Business Center Drive in northwest-suburban Mt. Prospect.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Kurt Sarbaugh, Robin Stolberg and Chris Watts represented BladeRoom while Sarbaugh, Stolberg and JLL colleague Tyler Hardy represented the building’s owner, Torburn Partners.
The new lease commences on Sept. 1.
Approximately 15,000 square feet of space remains in the building, which is located near the intersection of Route 83 and Rand Road.
