Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the former Jaywalkers Sports Bar & Grill in Kansas City, Kan.
The new owners will redevelop the 2,200-square-foot building, which sits across from the Kansas University Medical Center, into a mixed-use project.
David Block of Kansas City, Mo.-based Block & Company, represented the property’s seller, Rainbow Texas Tom LLC.
