RSM US LLP is relocating its Kansas City, Missouri, office in July of 2020 to 46 Penn Centre, a Class-A, 14-story, 214,000-square-foot office building being developed by Block Real Estate Services, LLC on the Country Club Plaza.
RSM, a provider of audit, tax and consulting services, has been located on the Country Club Plaza since 2000.
RSM will occupy the entire 9th floor of its new home, a floor that consists of 25,800 square feet. RSM will also occupy half of the new building’s 10th floor.
RSM has 220 employees and plans to grow to 400 in the next few years.
46 Penn Centre will offer amenities including a sit-down restaurant, private tenant balconies, rooftop terrace, fitness center, car care center, dry cleaning service and shoe shine service. 46 Penn Centre is the first office building to be built on the Country Club Plaza since the Plaza Vista building opened in 2013.
