Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently helped bring the Foot Locker House of Hoops store to the Country Club Plaza development in Kansas City, Mo.
The 5,206-square-foot retail store is set to open in the middle of November in the Skelly Building. This building, the headquarters of Block & Company, is already home to Panera Bread and the Bo Lings Chinese restaurant.
David Block of Block & Company was the sole broker who negotiated this transaction.
