Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announces the grand-opening of The Other Place Dec. 19 at Mission West Shopping Center in Mission, Kansas.
The Other Place, an American sports grill and pizzeria, will occupy the 4,050-square-foot former Italian Delight space at 6522 Martway St. in Mission.
David M. Block, Max Kosoglad, and Darren Siegel of Block & Company represented the property ownership group in the lease transaction.
Mission West is an approximately 87,000-square-foot shopping center located just seconds from Metcalf Avenue (69 Highway), Shawnee Mission Parkway and Interstate-35. Shadow-anchored by HyVee, Natural Grocers, and Target, the shopping center is surrounded by well-established neighborhoods and schools, and a high density of restaurants and retail centers.
